1. Acceptance of Terms

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Service Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.2 Liability Limits
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account during the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
12.3 Excluded Damages
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service failures, or other force majeure events.
13. Account Termination
13.1 Voluntary Termination
Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 7 business days, subject to completion of any pending transactions and withdrawal of remaining funds.
13.2 Involuntary Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or other legitimate business reasons. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

15.3 Severability
